I valued our recent conversation, and as promised, we’ve done the work to bring like-minded Chiefs together from across the country for our first gathering of the Leadership Collective. Now it’s time to lock it in on your calendar.
Each week, Chiefs from Oklahoma to Florida, New Hampshire to California reach out—hungry to talk about real solutions and driven by the deep desire to re-shape the future of our profession. In every conversation, the need is clear: connection with peers who understand the true weight of leadership and the urgency of this moment.
That’s why we formed the Leadership Collective. This is a gathering of like minded police executives committed to what true leadership really means.
I know what it feels like to lead without a place to turn for open dialogue with those who truly understand. It's rooms just like this one that have created paradigm shifts for my personal and professional life.
What's said in this meeting will stay in the room— and what's fostered by your commitment to being here will positively impact the lives of thousands of officers across the country, your communities, families, and more.
To be clear, you've been selected to be in this room. We did not blindly offer this to just anyone and haven't made this a publicly posted or advertised event on purpose. This will remain a closed invitation only gathering in perpetuity.
This will be nothing like an IACP sponsor party or a conference packed with speeches and a lot of talk but no solutions. This is an exclusive round-table of Chiefs, Commissioners, Sheriffs... who are serious about leading from the front—who know the profession can no longer afford silence, isolation, or “the way it’s always been done.”
At this first meeting, you’ll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with police executives who demonstratively feel what you feel, want what you want, who are ready to speak truth and drive real change.
The profession needs us to come together now—not later, not 'someday.'
